Business coaching for founders who are done guessing

You have built something real. Revenue is coming in, a team is forming, but growth has stalled and you cannot see why. Pioneer Coaching exists for exactly this moment — the gap between surviving and scaling where most founders spin their wheels for years.

Where is your business stuck?

Select the statement that sounds most like your current reality. This is not a gimmick — it shapes the conversation we will have on your first call.

Everything runs through me

Your team waits for your approval on decisions that should not need you. You are the bottleneck and you know it, but delegation feels risky when standards matter.

Revenue is flat despite more effort

You are working harder than ever, adding services, running promotions — yet the top line barely moves. Something structural is off and hustle alone will not fix it.

I keep hiring the wrong people

Turnover is draining cash and morale. You have tried different job boards, higher salaries, even a recruiter. The pattern repeats because the problem is upstream of hiring.

I have lost sight of where we are heading

The original vision feels blurry. You react to whatever is urgent rather than building toward something deliberate. Strategy meetings produce lists, not direction.

The four-phase engagement

1

Diagnostic deep-dive

Before we coach anything, we audit everything. Financials, org chart, decision-making patterns, customer acquisition flow, and your personal energy map. Most coaches skip this step — they start with goals. We start with reality. The diagnostic takes two sessions and produces a written brief that becomes our shared reference point for the entire engagement.

2

Constraint mapping

Every business has one or two constraints that, once removed, unlock disproportionate progress. We identify yours using a proprietary framework that examines bottlenecks across operations, revenue architecture, leadership bandwidth, and market positioning. You leave this phase knowing exactly which lever to pull first and why the others can wait.

3

Sprint execution

We work in 90-day sprints. Each sprint has a single measurable objective tied to the constraint we identified. Bi-weekly coaching sessions keep you accountable, but between calls you have access to asynchronous support via voice memo. We are not interested in filling your calendar with meetings — we are interested in visible progress within weeks, not quarters.

4

Independence design

The goal of good coaching is to make itself unnecessary. In the final phase we embed the thinking frameworks, decision filters, and operational rhythms into your business so they persist without us. We document the playbook your team will follow and run a handover session with your leadership circle. When we step away, the system stays.

Questions founders actually ask

How is this different from a business consultant?
A consultant diagnoses your problem and hands you a report. We diagnose the problem, then walk beside you while you solve it — building your capacity to handle the next problem without outside help. We also focus heavily on the founder as a leader, not just the business as a system. The two are inseparable at the stage most of our clients operate in.
What size business do you work with?
Our sweet spot is founder-led businesses generating between €300k and €5m in annual revenue with teams of 3 to 40 people. Smaller than that and the challenges are usually tactical — larger and the dynamics shift toward board-level governance. If you are in that range and feel stuck, we are likely a fit.
How long does a typical engagement last?
The diagnostic phase takes roughly three weeks. From there we work in 90-day sprints. Most clients complete two to three sprints before they feel confident operating without coaching support. That puts the typical engagement at six to nine months, though some founders choose to maintain a lighter monthly rhythm after the core work is done.
Can sessions happen remotely?
Absolutely. About half our clients are based outside Limerick and we conduct sessions over video with no loss in quality. For the diagnostic deep-dive we do recommend at least one in-person day if geography allows — there is a texture to walking through someone's workspace that a screen cannot replicate. But it is not a requirement.
What does the investment look like?
We share specific pricing on the diagnostic call because it depends on the scope of the engagement. As a benchmark, our 90-day sprint packages range from €3,500 to €7,000 depending on session frequency and whether we include team workshops. The diagnostic call itself is complimentary and carries no obligation.
